We were unable to begin this maintenance in the earlier scheduled window. The maintenance has been rescheduled to release a major upgrade to template management on SuprSend.
During this window, the Templates page may be partially unavailable and templates may take some time to fully reflect after the migration. Workflows, notifications, and APIs will continue to operate normally.
As part of this release, only the Draft and Live versions of existing templates will be migrated. Older versions will not be available in the new system, but we can share them separately on request.
Affects
Templates (Dashboard) : Partially Available, you will not be able to edit templates
Older Template Versions : Only Draft & Live migrated
Workflows & Notifications : Operational
APIs : Operational
